The Dewhirst Farming Group finally moved into the new head office at Field House Farm in June of this year, following a 12 month build time and a 2 month COVID-related delay for communication and furniture delivery. The state of the art facility includes an open plan office area for 16 people, a break out room, a meeting room and a board room capable of holding meetings for 18 comfortably.

The new building replaces the mishmash of portacabin offices that had been added to over the previous 50 years. The new working environment is a huge improvement on the old facility, which used to become like a sauna during hot summer days. The new office has both heating for those cold winter days and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant working environment throughout the year.

The building was designed by Robson Architecture, based locally in Wansford, and built by local builder Jonathan Walker of Woodhouse Lund Ltd.
